Beginner Airbrush set?

I am looking into getting an airbrush set for a beginner but have no real knowledge of where to begin. Got a box load of crankbaits and swimbaits I want to try coming up with some new colors/designs on them. Any reccomendations on a FULL setup that won't break the bank? I was told the paasche brand is a good mid priced set but not sure what I need. Any advice is appreciated.
