okay...had an hour to kill this afternoon from inhaling perchloroethylene & smiling at rich people dropping off their Sunday's best for egg day, so I headed out and caught some trout. I've had my digi cam and rod riding shotgun since Sunday waiting for a chance to get outta the office during daylight, and today was the day. Fished for about 20 minutes and caught about a dozen or 20 trouts.

cuadros con vídeo...pressed record as soon as I engaged the reel, but a stupid fish bit it before I could even begin my retrieve.

looks like the sierra's trip is going to have to be more about getting drunk and making jokes than trout fishing, the shitty creek around the corner from my job has it beat i'm thinking to begin.

That is sick man. Do yourself a huge favor and invest in a fly rod. It will make your trout fishing experience 1 million % more exciting. I would love to toss a fly in that water. When a hatch goes off there in the warmer months dry fly would be epic.
