Hey guys,

I'm new to the site. Rizzo introduced me as he knows that I like to fish. My whole family went fishing a couple of nights ago off the rocks on Harbor Island. I was swimming a gulp on the bottom a little and was getting strong bites, but no takers. After a while i started top fishing with a glow stick as my float and a small strip of squid. We were catching macs and smelt left and right. My 4 yo daughter even reeled in 4 nice ones (with my help of course). It was a blast.

If anyone can recommend good places to fish on the shore or certain piers, that would be great. (I don't normally have the funds to go on boats hehe)

Thanks. I'll post more when I go fishing again.

Chris

Hey Brotha, welcome to the boards... like I told you before, most of the guys here are really cool. There's a lot of ball bustin, but it's all fun.

BTW I call bullshit without pics...:catfight:

just kidding :muse:

Welcome Bro.

Welcome Chris! You consistently get the little ones outdoors pulling on fish. Great ways!

Thanks guys. If all goes well, I may go fishing with my daughter on Thursday at one of the piers. Any suggestions as to what time of day to go?
