Saturday and Sunday on Big Bay

Well went out in the south bay with one of my wifes old trucker friends, we got on the water at about 0830 really snotty weather, rain, wind, and cold! Stuck it out till around 1300 camera had no memory card so visualize the catch. We fished the usual spots for slow pickings, Luke got the first fish and then I took over. You know I found out one important fact cold unibutter does not spread it just clumps, sort of like cold butter does not spread on toast. Well here is the count Luke had eight that included a 22 inch halibut or 21 inch when you close the mouth. I had 16 with a little ray and a 24 inch halibut.
Well got a call saturday night from the legend Gomes saying the south was off the hook so I skipped the trip to inlaws and went out at 0700 once again slow saw team depends out there not doing much but moving here and there. I finally found one spot that turned out 18 spottys one sandy and one baby butt. Here are two of the average size bass.

Wind picked up tp where I could not get the drift over the honey hole so saddled up and went home.

Tommy I found them right where you said they would be they were ten yards west of the red buoy they must have been stacked there. Oh yeah the boils had fish coming up out of water hitting the bait.
