It's cold, rainy etc back here. Went to PNC Park yesterday to see the Pirates.
I've gone trout fishing a few times since back here in a couple of creeks (called criks ) around the farm and up in the Alleghenys. Got a few stocker 'bows but that's it. Snow, rain and sleet has the waters up and rolly.
Trout season isn't open yet (04-10 opener) but you are allowed to C + R what you catch untill then. No fishing on Sunday mornings!!!! WTF?
LMB season doesn't open untill mid-May!! What do you expect of a state that makes you go to a state store to buy booze and a distributor to buy beer?!?
Shad season opens mid April so we'll be travelling over to the Susquahana so we can fish the beginning of the run for a few days.
Well, I can't wait to get back to California but it is going to be awhile before I'll be able to do that.
