Had a game plan.
Since we were just about the last boat out, and even though our rig is clean, it aint the fastest, we opted to stick to what we know........
DA WALL.
Pre-fishing had us thinking the wall in the night/grey, when the sun poked out, venture elsewhere.
Well thats what we did. Kinda.
Brians first cast of the morning, FREEEESH. 2.2. Prelude of things to come or jinx? Prelude! :cheers:
Then I backed that up with a 3.6, a 3.2, and a 2.4 all within 10 casts. :wtf:
Were at 12, and looking solid by 0620 A.M.
Couple casts later, Bri is up with a solid keepster. Limit at 0631. :jammin:
Culled and culled and culled, but couldnt bump more than a pound and a half or so.
Stuck it out and hung what I thought was a SOLID bassssss that turned out to be a 6 lb. Cabby..... :idiot:
Not a fish after 0930 and we still stuck it out all day....shoulda moved.
Nice to actually weigh a limit, and cull, and land in the top 15 (we hope).
Ended up with 13.44, all lookin' lively, and all sportcoats.
