Matt & I (BigKim888) fished the Showdown this weekend @ Mission Bay. First tourney in the new boat - aside from trolling motor issues, great platform. Especially nice having two livewells for culling.
Speaking of culling, we did a lot of it for incremental upgrades in our best 5. Fishing wasn't bad, we had plenty of fish but we couldn't get the big fish we needed. Finished 8th with 8.1lbs...Hobie Tom & Brett D. smashed the field with a bag in the high 10's. I did get my PB corvina, as well as another on the TSB. :jammin:

Sunday my better half (MyWife888) & dog wanted to go to Mission Bay to cruise around. I was allowed to bring one rod, but opted not to so I wouldn't get stuck in a fishing tractor beam (hence ignoring the wife). Lots warmer than Sat., but just as windy. Molly dog likes to go fast. :cowboy:
