Here is a copy of an email i just wrote to the USCG
I'm requesting that the west side of the restricted area 334.870 be removed.
I'm requesting this because this is a silly restricted zone of which enforcement is non-uniform. Not only that, but it's there to protect the ammo dock, which is on the other side of the channel. Any type of boat is allowed passage between both sides of the restricted zone, so I see no reason for the west side to even exist.
Not only is that a blatant idiosyncrasy, but I feel my rights as a free American citizen are being deprived, as I have fished that area for years without conflict, and have had tremendous success in that area.
This is a silly zone, which should not be there due to the fact that boats are allowed passage between this zone and the actual area this zone was made to protect.
Please remove it.

i went and researched the area i've been kicked out of and why, and i was pissed when i found out that the bait barge was off limits to protect the ammo dock.
