5th trip this year.
I think i have used a total of 4 Senkos all year,and one of them was a nice lime green 5 incher my buddy pulled out of the ass of one he caught.
I prefer to mix my shit up all day...don't have much fun anymore feeding plastic to the fish all day(senko fishing...).
We always go in on the 0700,and out on the 1600...7 hours of northern bass fishing wears me out.
Today i took a guy who is a 95% senko fisherman out,and told him right off..no fucking senkos allowed today.
We still cheated,and used dropshot alot,,,nice thing about dropshot,between us we lost maybe 10 worms all day.
First time ever,we kept an exact tally of fish touched,,i bought a clicky-pitch counter.Kinda fun.
Sunken trees off rocks in 12-22' worked best today.The water had good vis,temp 68-71.
Senko fiend Geno actually got into dropshot,and did well when he stuck with it..he spent 1/2 the time t-rigged brush hog.
I fished old Storm paddle tails,and did well fishing them Slow,prctically deadstick.
...carrying on without the Flor tonight,so i keep this short:oh:
final tally on the clicker=68,include another 20+that got off,we had fun today!
