Got the LJ dope from a friend. It turns out so did the other 30 yaks, 30 pbs and 3 sport boats. There were already 20 yaks around the spot at grey. Set up in an open area ahead of the fleet. Saw a guy go bendo, fight & hook pulls. By this time the fleet is headed west (they all follow each other). I reset my drift.

Clicker starts to take off slow. Let it run, put it into gear, we are hooked up. Fight this fish for a while and lift him to middle column. Drag is to sloppy, it's smoking me the whole fight, but I'm trying to take it in and enjoy the battle. Shake shake shake, pressure is off, hook is out. (Add loud foul language here).

Reset. Clicker takes off blazing. Let it run, put into gear, set the hook very hard and hook up. Drag is now mean, we are not losing this one. Get towed for a while. I could tell that it was a smaller fish than the first, it was coming up easier. One circle, one poke. Cut throat, bleed out.

If you are out there, you'll be able to find the spot. Make sure to bring your own bait and a 6xjr. Home by 9A.

On the way in (Sun), I actually thought I was going to puke. "Happy thoughts, Happy thoughts, Happy thoughts, get me off the water."

What area were you fishing? I was lined up, but in a lot deeper water than the Sea Watch.

Very nice. I must have been on the inside of your location.
